Privacy Policy
JIAN YE (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the service provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, meaning information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained in such information, as well as data relating to appearance, fingerprints, and voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual on its own, such as an insurer number on a health insurance card (personal identification information).

Notwithstanding the preceding provisions, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be considered a third party.
Cases in which the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
Cases in which personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reason
Cases in which personal information is jointly used with specific parties, and the Company has notified the individual in advance, or has made readily accessible to the individual, information regarding this fact, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of parties jointly using it, the purpose of use of the parties using it, and the name of the person responsible for managing the personal information
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When the Company is requested by an individual to disclose their personal information, the Company will disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, the Company may choose not to disclose all or part of the information, and if it decides not to disclose the information, it will notify the individual of this without delay. A fee of ¥1,000 per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

Notwithstanding the preceding provision, in principle, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If a user's own personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request that the Company correct, add to, or delete such personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
If the Company receives a request as described in the preceding paragraph from a user and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company will make the Correction, etc. to the personal information without delay.
If the Company makes Correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make Correction, etc., the Company will notify the user of this without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend the use or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. of the relevant personal information.
If the Company carries out Suspension of Use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to carry out Suspension of Use, etc., the Company will notify the user of this without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc. would require a large expense or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and the Company is able to take alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company will take such alternative measures instead.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise provided for by law or in this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the amended Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
