Requirements

  • Understanding of JIAN YE's philosophy and expression
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in fashion and culture
  • Ability to research references based on seasonal themes
  • A proactive mindset — able to think and act independently in production
  • Attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work

Preferred Skills

Production

  • Pattern making / draping / toile
  • Sewing / sample making
  • Fabric and trim research & selection
  • Specialized techniques such as dyeing, fabric processing, knitting, or accessory making

Other

  • English / Chinese
  • Standard driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Research related to seasonal themes
  • Assisting with design and sample production
  • Fabric and trim research
  • Assisting with fittings and photoshoots
  • Sample and studio management
  • Other tasks related to collection production

Conditions

  • Compensation: negotiable based on skill, experience, and involvement
  • Location: Shibuya, Tokyo
  • Working days: negotiable
